Once the order is placed and payment is done, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns/Exchange
Window: 48 hours from delivery time (as per courier POD).
Conditions: – If the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
– Opening video (un-edited, continuous shot from sealed package to product) is mandatory.
Customer has to ship back the product and either a refund or exchange can be given on receiving the product.
If approved, the exchange for items will be delivered within 7-10. for any product due to nature and exclusivity. We cannot offer replacements but instead exchanges are available.
If for any reason refunds needs to be given. The refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Based on the verification of request.
Process:

We will approve / reject within 2 working days.
You have to self-ship the product.
After quality check, refund/exchange (product cost only, not shipping) will be initiated within 5 working days to the original payment
