• Order details, payment transaction ID, courier tracking number
• WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram messages (if you choose to communicate through those channels)
• Opening-video is mandatory for damage claims

2. How we use it

• Process and deliver your order
• Send order updates, invoices, shipment tracking
• Respond to your queries or complaints
• Comply with legal requirements (GST, income-tax, if applicable)

3. How we store & protect it

Data is stored in password-protected cloud drives and our e-mail provider (Gmail/Zoho/others). Payment data is NOT stored on our servers; it is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share your address and phone number only with our courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post etc.). We do NOT sell or rent your data to any third party for marketing.

5. Your Rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or request correction/deletion by e-mailing tinag29@gmail.com
