Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by customer

  • Once the order is placed and payment is done, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns/Exchange

  • Window: 48 hours from delivery time (as per courier POD).
  • Conditions:
    – If the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Opening video (un-edited, continuous shot from sealed package to product) is mandatory.
  • Customer has to ship back the product and either a refund or exchange can be  given on receiving the product.
  • If approved, the exchange for items will be delivered within 7-10. for any product due to nature and exclusivity. We cannot offer replacements but instead exchanges are available.
  • If for any reason refunds needs to be given. The refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Based on the verification of request.
  • Process:
    1. WhatsApp the opening video + clear photos to 8334844469 within 48 h.
    2. We will approve / reject within 2 working days.
    3. You have to self-ship the product.
    4. After quality check, refund/exchange (product cost only, not shipping) will be initiated within 5 working days to the original payment
